风水大忌动土煞 The Worst Feng Shui Situation: Construction & Renovation

风水学上，“动土”对周遭的人之坏影响远较每年的大、小二病位、三煞、太岁位等来得严重且急。何谓“动土”？“动土”会带来那方面的坏影响？又何以怎样化解？
In Feng Shui principle, “Construction & Renovation” brings bad effects and bad luck to the surrounding people. So what is the definition of “Construction & Renovation” and what will happen when facing these situation? How can it be solved by Feng Shui methodology?
“动土”包括修桥掘路、楼房建构或拆卸、构筑物重整工程如维修泳池、重铺走廊地面、大厦外墙搭棚维修及自己或附近单位的装修工程等，动土规模越大、时间越久，坏影响则越大。另外，一般由“动土”首天开始不足数天，其“影响力”便会逐渐出现，故要特别注意。
“Construction & Renovation” includes repairing of roads, bridges, swimming pools or corridor; construction & destruction of buildings; facades renovation; scaffolding or indoor renovation etc. The larger the scale and longer the duration of the “Construction & Renovation” work, the larger the bad effect it creates.
假如不幸住所附近、窗外或门外出现“动土”情况，家中的人身体情况会变差，若加上睡于病位 (2016 年的病位于东北与中宫) 又或本身流年的运程不佳，少则会无故持续生病，大则会有意外甚至做有手术的风险，另外家人间的争吵情情况与个人情绪也会转差。
If it is happen in your surroundings living area, outside your window or main door, it will affect the health of you and your family members. It will be much worse if you live at the yearly “Sickness” place (such as North-East and Central part of a Space in 2016) or already bad luck in that year according to your date of birth, you will suffer from more serious sickness or even have the risk on accident and doing surgery.
至于公司或商铺周遭出现“动土”，首当其冲必然影响生意财运，同事亦会多了患病的情况，同样，假若公司股东或管理层等本身的流年运程不佳，也会增加意外或手术、危疾等的风险。
On the other hand, your business will have very bad effect if your office or shop are near to the “Construction & Renovation” work.
化解方法可以“五行化动土局”来缓和甚至解决“动土”所带来的坏影响，如下图所示，以“围圈”的方法顺序摆放“水种植物”->“红色利是封”->“天然石块”->“上链音乐盒 (每天需上链最少一次)”->“清水一杯”，而当中“水种植物”需放于直接面对“动土”的方向或位置，假设窗外有动土，便简单把上述的“五行化动土局”放于窗边，而对窗第一样要放的便是“水种植物”。
You can use “Resolving the Construction Works’ Bad Effect by Using Five Elements” methodology to alleviate or solve the bad effect it takes. From the picture you can see that we can put “Water Plant” -> “Small Red Stuffs” -> “Natural Stone” -> “Music Box” -> “A glass of Tap water” in a circle to which the “Water Plant” is putting against the “Construction & Renovation” works such as window.
以上的化解方法是一般情况下使用，当然也有较快捷有效、针对不同方向、煞气等类型的个别化解方法，但由于过于复杂暂未能一一分享。
This methodology can be use in general purpose, of course there are other faster and more effective ways on solving the issue, however, it is hard to explain in here one by one. Generally speaking, the above methodology can alleviate or solve the issue after it has been setup properly in approximately one or two weeks time.
