My name is Pat and I reside in Lynnwood , Washington state, USA. I trying to buy a new house as my old house give me problem (lost my wife to cancer 4 years ago, my health is deterating). I'm born in XXX XX, 1966.

Question I have are as follow:

1) My new house facing SW2 (220 deg) and sit on NE2 (40 deg) , the front door is open on the  S sector of the house and the back door open on the NE2 of the house. Is this an acceptable facing, since it the opposite of what the perfect direction for period 8 (face NE2 and sit SW2). Also the degree is off since it is not 225 deg +/- 3 deg, can I still consider this as SW2 or I should used substitution direction.

2) My kitchen is on the NW sector.

3) In period 8, which direction of the house will give me a Three combination chart and combination of ten chart (San yuan feng shui)

You are welcome to reply in Chinese. The reason I wrote in English is because my computer does not support Chinese. Enclose is the floor plan and house map.

Your question are answered below:-

1) The direction of your new house is NE 40 deg., because there is a Harbour in SW 220 deg that is good until year 2016 (period 8). If you have not yet buy this house, you can consider this one.

2) The problem of your new house kitchen is not the direction or location. Its the modern USA style - open design without wall, boundary and door. This design will bring disease to the resident, such as cancer.

3) I'm not clear about the meaning of Three combination chart and combination of ten chart. San yuan feng shui is false feng shui. Please ignore it and never use it.
